2025 Camps & Clinics

Prepare for School & Club Tryouts!

The 2025 Summer Intensive Clinics at AVA provide a great opportunity for athletes to develop their skills and prepare for school and club volleyball tryouts this fall. 

Each clinic offers a structured environment focused on building essential techniques, improving confidence, and promoting overall growth. Led by experienced coaches, these sessions prioritize high-repetition training and technique refinement, creating an environment that encourages improvement and prepares athletes for future success.

Two one-week sessions are available

 - Week 1 from July 21st to July 24th  

 - Week 2 from July 28th to July 31st

 - $300 per week

 - Players may register for one or more clinics

Focus on Fundamentals
Open to players aged 9–13 who are newer to the sport, may have played CYO, but have not yet played competitive club volleyball. This clinic develops essential skills in passing, setting, hitting, and serving through structured progressions and high-repetition drills, ensuring each athlete builds a solid foundation for future success.

Defensive Training
Ideal for liberos, defensive specialists, and any player aiming to elevate back-row play. Training focuses on reading hitters, defensive movements, serve receive, and advanced defensive techniques to build a well-rounded defensive skill set.

Hitters Training
Designed for players aspiring to excel in middle, outside, or right-side hitter positions. Training includes advanced transition footwork, arm swing development, a variety of tempo sets, back-row attacks, and hitting in transition to strengthen offensive versatility.

Setters Training
This clinic is designed to develop the physical skills and court awareness required for effective setting. Athletes will focus on footwork, defensive transitions, setting various tempos for outside, middle, and right-side hitters, and offensive play design.
